Hi

My name is Vince Grgicevich and I am the owner of Junior Junction Early Childhood Centres. I have been actively involved in the early childhood sector from a very young age as my parents had established an early childhood centre in Mount Albert in 1976.

In 2006 I became involved in the establishment of a second family childcare centre based within the heart of Auckland. Over the next twelve months I played a major role in all areas of the operation of the centre. This provided me with the knowledge and expertise to establish my own early childhood centre. Junior Junction was established in 2008 with our first centre opening in Hamilton, with centres soon-after opening in Massey and Albany.

Myself and my business partner Greg are committed in providing young children aged 0 to 5 years with a learning environment that provides all children with outstanding early childhood care and education. When establishing our centres we continually strive to create and maintain an environment that has a “home away from home” feel.

Each centre is warm, welcoming and inclusive and we invite any prospective families to come and visit one of our centres and observe the children as they engage in fun, stimulating, age appropriate activities.

Smell the freshly cooked food and baking. Take the time to relax, sit and have a coffee or tea with us in our staff room, and have a chat. Our door is always open.

As educators, each of us accepts as our own either deliberately or implicitly, the mission that is paramount to our field: we are totally committed to enhancing the education, development and well being of all young children.
